Brian grew up in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. His early achievements included earning his Eagle Scout and finishing high school at the head of his class. Brian attended Michigan Technological University earning Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering and Biology. He continued his education at Vanderbilt University completing a Master’s in Business Administration.
For the past twenty-five years, Brian Hoag has passionately grown the delivery of quality hospice care. His roles as CEO, CFO, consultant, state and national leader and trainer have increased access to hospice care for thousands of patients. As CEO and CFO, he has led and managed the daily challenge to improve hospice delivery and access. As consultant and trainer, he has distilled and expanded patient care expertise nationally.
Brian works with the technology and assesses the data at Concept360°. Developing research and engineering new technology to measure the patterns and individual psychometrics. Brian has trained with LifeTraits across the country sharing trends and analysis on patient/customer/buyer environment comfort and tracking online and realtime behaviors.
Among Brian’s many gifts is removing the clutter to maintain the focus on what matters-- people.
In 2000, Brian attended the Center for Creative Leadership in 2000 and the Fort Collins Leadership Program. In volunteerism he has served through the United Way, local schools, Rotary, Boy Scouts, missions and church. He is the proud father of two boys, William, 23, and Sean, 18. His interests include, camping, hiking, woodworking, gardening and reading.
